Orlando (Orlie) Ferreira (player/veteran)
Orlie is an exceptional example of the veteran’s category. Having only starting to play hockey at the beer league level in his late 20s. He has played over a 1000 career games in three Ontario ASHL facilities. He has almost 500 career wins and once led the entire Etobicoke facilities for goals against average in a season with 5 shutouts in 15games.
Gemma Taylor
Gemma lives in England . She ran a club called the Birmingham Rockets (https://www.eurohockey.com/club/902-birmingham-rockets.html) for numerous years . They are a beer league club ( adult rec ) that competes in the Birmingham area and practice in a rink in Solihull . This club was somewhat of a feeder club for the semi pro club in the area called the Solihull Barons (https://solihull-barons.net/new/) . When I was looking for equipment donations to get gear for Egypt I contacted Gemma and she stepped up big time and collected around 4 hockey bags full of gear to donate and that’s not all ! Gemma also runs the largest charity tournament in the UK called IAMS Cup ( Icing Against Male Suicide) https://www.facebook.com/IAMSCC2020?mibextid=LQQJ4d . She plays with the guys and recently has started to play with a womens club called the Telford Spartans (https://m.facebook.com/100057448270018/) . Gemma is definitely a solid BLHHOF nominee and hopefully the first women inducted into the builders category !

Bernadette (Heart and soul)
Bernedette is a lifelong rink rat. She has been keeping time and PROPERLY RECORDING POINTS for over 15 years. She is a true gem in the ASHL facilities in Etobicoke. Bernadette is a true professional who adds human touch to being in a penalty box. Always greats you with a smile and a personal hello. She can be a very calming influence for those entering the sin bin a little heated. Her dedication not just to her job but love of the people makes her a great example of the heart and soul category.
Trevor “Bam Bam” Ziebarth (heart and soul)
Bam Bam from Moonlight Desires and Sons of Butcher fame is a worthy nominee of the heart and soul division of the hall. While Bam Bam is not a beer leaguer, he is a strong supporter of the hall and its events. He has donated his time along with his band to all BLHHOF events. And while heavily in demand, he has always made time for any organised event BLHHOF has done. Bringing down the house at the 2022 Induction ceremony with a 12 song 3 set performance.
